		<description>I agree with your husband. the bed should be placed in the room that has a door, there is a privacy issue with using the open loft as a bedroom. that kind of open concept will only appeal to a certain kind of buyer. I think you should use the loft area as the &quot;sitting room&quot; and put the bed behind closed doors. and without a bathroom, you really cant use the word &quot;suite&quot; to describe this area.</description>

		<description>I like the idea of making the loft the master suite, but turn the 15x12 room into the closet/dressing area. People do love their closet space these days, and walk in closets are a huge selling point. Include a closet system like this:
